Important Information-Read Before Filling Form

• Passport can be renewed if its validity is less than a year or has less pages for your upcoming travel plan.
• Applicants are requested to apply for e-Passport with sufficient time-margin as it takes about two months to receive an e-Passport from the date of application.
• MRPs can be used as long as they are valid. Hence, no need to apply for an e-Passport if the validity is more than a year.

Online Form Application Link

• Before starting to fill the online, prepare JPEG file (less than 300kb) of your Citizenship Certificate (Front and Back) and Passport (Photo page and Next of Kin Page) which should be uploaded.
• Choose “Others” instead of “Nepal” in Appointment country and choose “NE, Bangkok” in Appointment Location.
• Do not write your title like Mr./Mrs./ Ms./Dr. etc. Write middle name (if any) with the first name unless your existing document/s require otherwise.
• To choose “Thailand” or any other countries in Place of birth or Passport issued place, select “Other” among district names and then select the country name.
• In place of citizenship no., do not use any symbols like dash (-) or slash (/), rather just write the numbers without gap/space.
• National Identity Number (NIN) is not mandatory to renew passport from the Embassy.
• Compulsorily fill up the mandatory details as indicated by the asterisk (*).
• If you make any mistake while filling the online form, do not worry but mark it and remember it as it can be corrected at the Embassy on the day of your appointment for biometrics.
• After filling up pre-enrollment form, do not forget to save/print it. You have to bring/show it at the Embassy.
• Although it is shown “Proceed to Payment” option, payment should not be made online while filling the online form, it should be done at Embassy on the day of your appointment for biometrics.
